Get Involved
-
Help - Open up your classroom to the students leading the Christian club. The biggest challenge many students face is obtaining administrative approval for events. You can be a huge help by advocating for Christian students on campus with administrative staff and helping the communicate about their needs and legal rights on campus.
-
Encourage - You know better than most, that students often get overwhelmed, discouraged, distracted, and knocked off course. Encourage Christian students by sharing how proud you are of them, what biblical qualities you’re seeing them emulate, and keep them focused on God’s purposes rather than the many distractions they might experience.
-
Connect - Your church might not be involved in this exciting mission. As an adult in your congregation, you most likely have a stronger voice than students would have with their church and getting others praying for the school, finding other educators, getting funds for club activities, and recruiting pastors to speak at club meetings or gospel events are all opportunities you could leverage.
