Heather Barnes
Heather was the first high schooler in Chicago coached by Decision Point through our Distance Coaching program. As she saw God work at Palatine High, she began praying that God would bring the ministry to Illinois for the long-term. In faith, she started a new Chapter at Moody Bible Institute in 2013, then took a year off from college to work full-time in this mission in 2014. Things came full circle, and Heather served as the Illinois Director for 3 years overseeing the very ministry that she prayed the Lord would bring to Illinois! Since then she has stepped into a role as Operations Manager to lead and oversee city and state directors, serve the staff team, while helping develop the student program across the nation.
