High school was an incredibly dark time in his life, but also incredibly bright when God turned it around through coming to Jesus. Has a great passion to see under-challenged Christian youth do everything they can to reach their peers for Christ. Has been serving at Decision Point for 10 years! Loves the Lakers, surf, the outdoors, but most of all, spending time with his wife and two daughters.

MARK HOPSON
President of Decision Point
Has been with Decision Point for 20 years, beginning in 2003 as a Coach while in college. After graduating in 2006, he joined Decision Point full-time as a Chapter Director for the greater Los Angeles area and served in this position for seven years during which time he received an M.A. in New Testament from Talbot School of Theology. In 2013, Mark moved his family to Chicago, IL, to start three new ministry chapters and launch what would become a brand new ministry hub to service the Midwest. In 2017, Mark became Decision Point’s second president. Mark and his wife Shelley both grew up as missionary kids and now live in Wheaton, IL with their four young children: Abigail, Anna, Luke & Caleb.

Bible Professor at Biola University
Bible extraordinaire, gets really into NT books written by John, and can communicate fluently in Spanish (he was a missionary in Spain). Has published books and Bible studies in both English and Spanish, and is passionate about seeing young people go all in for Jesus.

Illinois and Midwest Director at Decision Point
Enthusiastic speaker and former high school Christian club leader known for his contagious laugh. As a high schooler, he mobilized students from 76 schools for evangelism. His passion for Jesus and the gospel is inspiring.
CRAIG HAZEN
Founder/Director of MA Apologetics Program at Biola University
Do you ever wonder what it would take for the atheist at your school to come to Christ? Hear from Craig, who was an atheist in high school, but now has a big heart to empower students in apologetics and evangelism.
HEATHER BARNES
Operations Manager at Decision Point
Relatable speaker who strongly believes God can use students to do far more than they think for the sake of the gospel! Her story includes leading for Jesus in high school as the first student in Chicago to be coached by Decision Point and lead outreach. Prayed for the ministry to come to Chicago, saw God answer that prayer, and joined staff. She loves volleyball and is your person for an ice cream run, any hour of any day. She’s there.
KRISTEN HARPER
Los Angeles Field Staff
Super energetic and passionate about seeing students empowered to share their faith, and seeing students hear and respond to the gospel. Also passionate about seeing those struggling with mental illness find hope in Jesus that far exceeds their mental state. Loves having fun and creating environments of laughter and joy to bring unity as a body of Christ, and enjoys leading worship at her church, playing golf, and swimming.

Founder/President of Pacific Justice Institute (PJI)
Has been protecting religious freedom for students, parents, and the church for over 30 years. Is especially excited to equip students with the tools and training to stand up for their rights to share Christ on campus. Has appeared on CBS, CNN, NBC, FOX news, and countless radio programs.
BARNABY LEE
Bay Area Director at Decision Point
Dynamic teacher of God’s word, passionate leader, and has a heart for students in the San Francisco Bay area. Regular speaker at churches and youth conferences. Lover of all sports, and always down to play a good game of basketball.
JACK PHILLIPS
Owner of Masterpiece Cake Shop
Gifted artist and baker. Came into the national spotlight in 2018 when he refused to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding that took him to the Supreme Court, which he won. Through his experiences, he’s excited to encourage young leaders to stand strong in their faith, with a compassionate heart and with courage.
