Proclaiming the Gospel to the Next Generation
My name is Luke Peters and I am so excited to spread the good news of Jesus with the next generation of believers with Decision Point! After graduating from Wheaton College in 2019 and getting married in 2021, my wife, Becca, and I were blessed with the opportunity of moving back to my hometown and starting our life here in Ohio. When we are not working we love spending time with our friends and family, playing tennis, attending local high school sports events, and serving in our church’s high school ministry!
Why I Feel Called to This Role
Young people need the Gospel now more than ever. The next generation of believers is under constant bombardment from false gospels and dangerous ideologies. All around us we can see the brokenness of a life lived for the world and a life lived apart from the Lordship of Jesus Christ. It is for these reasons that I feel called to make disciples in the next generation! Jesus is the only thing that can satisfy our souls, and I am incredibly excited to share, disciple, equip, encourage, proclaim, and empower those around me until every student has heard!
