Bob Willis

My Name is Bob Willis and I have been serving as Decision Point’s Central Coast Director since 2022. My mission here on the Central Coast of California is to mobilize and coach high school and middle school students to reach their campus for Christ. I am building foundational relationships with local churches to create a strong network of believers who will also partner with me to share God’s love with every student. Coaching students to share the gospel with their friends is a top priority.  

I Graduated from Cal Poly SLO with an MA in Education and taught in both public and private schools. As a former school teacher, I have seen that there is a great need for students to both hear the gospel and be mentored by someone who will teach them how to have a personal relationship with Christ. 

Why I Feel Called to this Role

I want to serve the Lord in this role because I believe God has called me to make the Central Coast Area my mission field.  I first heard about Decision Point through my parents who wanted to help bring America back from the moral decay it was in after they came back from living in Mongolia. This summer I attended the Colorado Training at CCU and was led by God to apply for staff after seeing the excitement of the students who want to reach their campuses for Christ.  What a tremendous experience! I am so excited to be a part of this ministry because of the great need that we see in our country today. These students are the future leaders of America.
