Coaching Students with Decision Point

My name is Barnaby Lee and I’ve been serving as Decision Point's Bay Area Director since 2018. Decision Point coaches Christian students at public middle and high schools to reach their campus for Christ. As Bay Area Director, my mission is to equip Christian students and send them as missionaries to share the gospel throughout the Bay Area. To bring this reality to life, I am personally working to build foundational relationships with like-minded local churches across the Bay, creating a strong network of believers to surround the bold student missionaries coached by Decision Point. 

Why I Feel Called to This Role

I want to serve the Lord in this role because I believe God has called me to make the Bay Area my mission field. I first heard about Decision Point at a missions conference in 2015. Three years later, God led me to apply for staff, serving as the first ever Bay Area Chapter Director! I'm excited to be a part of this ministry because it challenges youth to be missional, and empowers students with leadership opportunities.

Before coming to Decision Point, I served in a number of ministry roles, from assistant pastor, to children's minister, youth ministry director, and director of a joint youth ministry network! I continue to serve on the pastoral team at Spring Fountain Church in Burlingame, CA today.
