Andi and Jen Custer serve together with Decision Point in Colorado, passionate about equipping the next generation to reach their peers for Christ.
Andi brings over 13 years of experience as a youth and associate pastor and has a deep heart for teenagers—especially those who are lost, broken, and hurting. He mentors and trains high school students to boldly share the love of Jesus through starting Christian clubs, leading campus outreach events, and living on mission in their public schools.
Jen joined Decision Point staff in May 2023 and serves as the HR Specialist. She plays a vital role in supporting the people and operations that keep the mission moving forward. Her behind-the-scenes work is essential to seeing students and staff thrive in their calling.
Together, the Custers are united in their desire to see students transformed by Jesus and empowered to share His hope with the world around them.
