Coaching Students as a Decision Point  Lead Coach

I’m excited to serve as a Lead Coach in Dallas-Fort Worth with Decision Point  this year! Decision Point coaches Christian students at public middle and high schools to reach their campus for Christ. As a Lead Coach, my mission is to equip Christian students and send them as missionaries to share the gospel on the 3-4 campuses I will oversee this year.

Why I Feel Called to This Role

Howdy! My name is Micayla Woods and I am beyond excited to serve with Decision Point! I had the privilege of working with Decision Point in High School and I knew from day one that this ministry is something special. I was blessed with amazing mentors, endless love and support, and Godly wisdom that I feel called to pay forward and share with students now. As a high school student, I felt far too small to be used by God. I want to help inspire, encourage, and support students today to realize that God can use them as early as they are willing to be used. Being brave for Christ can be hard, and I want the students I work with to know that they never have to be brave alone because not only will God be with them but I’ll be there to support them all the way. I cannot wait to see how God moves this year and I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with Decision Point in our mission to share the gospel until every student has heard.
