What costs are covered?
We’re excited to host you! Decision Point covers your guest room and all group meals (breakfasts and dinners), so you can relax and enjoy the experience. The only costs you’ll need to cover are for free-time activities and lunch, as we don’t have group lunches planned.
Will transportation be provided?
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Lake Tahoe and the resort.
Who else will be attending this event?
Attendees typically include current supporters of Decision Point, individuals new to our ministry who want to learn more and may consider supporting, as well as our speakers.
Can I invite others?
Yes! If you know someone who would be interested, we’d love for you to invite them. This event is a major donor weekend designed to deepen engagement with Decision Point. If there is someone you would like to invite, please contact Don Sivesind at don@decisionpoint.org or (815) 276-7511.
What does the schedule look like?
Thursday
- Arrive mid-afternoon
- Reception at 4:30 PM
- First session at 6:00 PM
Friday & Saturday
- Breakfast: 7:30–8:00 AM
- Morning session follows breakfast
- Free time from noon to 5:30/6:00 PM (lunch on your own)
- Possible organized activities (TBA)
- Evening session begins with dinner at 6:00 PM, followed by the session until ~9:30 PM
- Dessert at the end of the session
Sunday
- Breakfast at 7:30 AM
- Worship, fellowship, and a devotional/message
- Event concludes by 11:00 AM
