Coaching Students with Decision Point

JoAnna has loved teenagers since she was one and enjoys walking alongside them as they navigate various decision points for their future including whether or not they will follow Jesus. She graduated from Taylor University with a B.A. in youth ministry and has served and followed the Lord’s lead in her life in various ministry settings with youth, children, and families over the last 20+ years.

Over the last few years, JoAnna has had the opportunity to work directly with a local middle school and has seen the needs students express to know where they belong and what their purpose is. For the Christian students, they express a need to be challenged in their faith and put their identity in Christ into practice as they walk amongst their peers.

As Colorado Campus Ministry staff, JoAnna will support and train Christian students preparing them to share the Gospel and stand for Christ on their campuses. She will gather community support by connecting with local churches growing awareness to reach the public schools in their communities, and she also hopes to teach, train, and equip parents to help support students as they live, stand, witness, and endure hardship for Christ, all by God’s grace.
